Dream House Studios, Inc. is a collaboration of four of the Metro area’s award winning interior designers.  Our combined experience of over 40 years in the interior merchandising industry brought us together to develop a firm that would do things differently than the norm.  We know that our builder clients are educated about the importance of merchandising their model homes.  Our desire is to provide these clients with the best interior designs. We also know it is important to educate them about color trends, unique architectural elements, new technology, green products, and energy saving ideas that their buyers actively seek in today’s real estate market.  Our dedication to staying on top of trends and technology only serves to continually make us an outstanding choice for your next model home project.

our design philosophy
Our job as designers is to think outside the box and for the potential homebuyer to expect the unexpected.  We go above and beyond the typical merchandised model to develop a “lifestyle” design.  A “lifestyle” design is based on an actual family and has more of a residential feel to the home.  Our primary goal is to sell potential buyers their dream home by creating a livable design that appeals to all members of the family.  If buyers see rooms that are overly “themed” or have the same color scheme throughout, it looks like a model home and that is not how we design.  We believe this lifestyle design is what buyers relate to, which allows them to relax and envision themselves in that home.

Every project is designed with new furniture and accessories throughout the house.  We do not believe in giving our clients used furniture that may compromise the look and scale of your custom design.   We work with our builders through each step of the design process from initial floor plan review and thorough presentation to project management and installation.  Dream House Studios is attentive to our client’s production schedules and deadlines.
