Dream House Studios is a full service interior design firm operating in Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia and Delaware. Our projects are diverse in style and scope. Dream House Studios works closely with a team of professionals who specialize in areas such as painting, electrical work, carpentry, upholstery, furniture repair and custom window treatments. We also work with contractors to specify finishes and design details.

The Process
The process is essentially the same with every client. We begin with a free initial consultation and from that meeting create a contract. If the scope of work is clearly defined we charge a design fee. Otherwise, we charge hourly for our design/meeting time.

Dream House Studios provides:

Space layout/planning,
Specification of furniture, fabric, window and floor treatments,
Lighting, artwork, finishes, paint colors, etc.,
Budget/pricing,
Project and contractor management, and
Installation.
