Every home has a story...what is yours?

Your style, actions, and time spent tell your story. No one else sees the world like you do, so no one else should have the same design. The details make the design and the family makes the home.

Our design process:

  1. Project Launch - We will meet to discuss the scope of the project and the direction of the design and how to make your space blend perfectly with your lifestyle.

  2. Design Concept - Based on project requirements, initial design concepts will be presented to include structural layout options, floor plans, a color scheme, materials and surface options as well as preliminary selections of furnishings, window treatments, floor design, lighting and fabrics. There will be one meeting following the concept to make changes.

  3. Design Concept Presentation Approval - The interior design concept will be formally presented to you for feedback and approval. Approximate pricing of goods and services will also be provided during the presentation

  4. Design Development - Once you have approved your interior design concept, our design team will commence developing the concept. It can be expected that there will be bi-weekly meetings to check in on progress.

  5. Structural Build or Renovation - This is when your design comes into form.

  6. Hard and Soft Goods Approval - Hard goods are the materials and surfaces that become part of the building for example, flooring, built-ins, countertops, etc. Soft goods are things that are brought into the home but are not permanent. Deposits will be required on all goods. Once proposals are signed and deposits are made, we initiate orders immediately.

  7. Hard Goods Installation Coordination - Your vision begins to come to life. Flooring, wallcoverings, paint colors, appliances, woodwork, tile and surfaces are all put into place.

  8. Soft Goods Installation - When all the hard goods are completed and the space is ready, we will schedule the installation of soft goods and furniture.

  9. Photoshoot and Video - When the project is complete, your space will be photographed by a professional photographer for professional purposes.

  10. Final Reveal - You will walk into your home and your vision will have been realized with your signature style.
