Erin has a B.S. in Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.  She has worked as a residential designer in California and Utah before returning to the area.  She has spent the last nine years working as an interior merchandiser.  Prior to starting Dream House Studios she was a senior designer for one of the areas largest merchandising firms.  Erin has won several MAME and MAX awards and was published in the March/April 2005 issue of Washington Spaces magazine.  She lives in Annapolis with her husband Chris and dogs Slider and Wrigley.

Kim Mohr, Owner

Kim has always been self-motivated and a career driven person.  She attended Anne Arundel Community College and is currently pursuing a B.A. in Business.  Her passion and dedication led her to the interior design field where she has gained five years experience.  Kim resides in Crofton, Maryland with her husband Pat and two dogs Roxy and Angel.

Always wanting to work in a creative profession, Cathleen received a B.S. degree with honors, in Interior Design from Howard University.  Her career spans almost 20 years and she has worked in many different aspects of the industry from residential interior design to commercial interior design for a large architectural firm.  Over the years she has found that what she is most excited and passionate about is model home merchandising.  Her work ethic, creativity and relentless pursuit of excellence are what set her apart as one of the top designers in the field.

Katie grew up loving and excelling in all aspects of art.  At the age of ten she decided that Interior Design was her zeal and hasn’t stopped pursuing her sense of design-style ever since.  Katie graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Alabama, majoring in Interior Design and minoring in Studio Art with a concentration in painting.  Her background in Art gives her a distinctive perspective and strong understanding of the elements and principles of design that have formed her sophisticated sense of style.
